MAGNATUDE® grouted helical piles deliver exceptionally high load capacity using a steel pile system built for demanding site conditions. This innovative foundation solution combines the efficiency of helical installation with the added performance benefits of a grouted pile shaft, making it well suited for large commercial, industrial, and infrastructure applications.

Consistent Grout Columns and Controlled Installation

MAGNATUDE® piles feature rigid, bolted couplings that securely connect lead sections and extensions, allowing the grout column to continue along the full installed length of the pile. Helical bearing elements advance the pile to the target depth while grout is introduced from the surface and directed downward along the pile shaft.

Specialized grout propellers, positioned along the shaft, help distribute grout evenly around the pile, forming a continuous grout column. The grout surrounds the steel shaft to enhance soil interaction and provide long-term protection, while the steel pile carries the applied loads.
