Carlin Ranch
A cattle ranch located in Rock River, WY that was built in 1985 and has been settling ever since. This has developed into issues with opening doors and windows as well as various settling throughout the structure. Underground exploration revealed streams that caused issues with the soil beneath the home. Push piers needed to be installed from the inside and outside of the structure. The simultaneous lift was performed on one corner of the home at five points to lift the structure 3/4″ and return proper function to the windows and door. The remaining 27 push piers were used for stabilization only. The piers were driven to a depth of 33′ below the basement in order to find a suitable soil stratum.
