Press Release – Expanding Our Foundation

MAGNUM®’s growth plan has been moving at a rapid rate since 2017 when it moved into its 100,000 sq ft manufacturing facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio. MAGNUM® continues to invest in the expansion plan by adding valuable team members, automation equipment, manufacturing space and other initiatives to allow us to stay innovative and support our clients needs. We are excited to announce that we started construction on the addition of our current facility. This addition will add approximately 10,000 square feet of manufacturing space as well as more space in our lot to allow us to add more automation equipment and inventory space.

Description

After years of patent pending, MAGNUM® Piering is pleased to announce obtaining US Patent 2023/0140266 A1. Over the past few years, based on electric power grid customer and contractor feedback, MAGNUM® has been perfecting this foundation system through space-age geometries, robotic factory fabrication, and novel connections. Helical piles have been used with steel grillages for decades. Historically steel is welded together in the field in a hodge-podge tic-tac-toe pattern which requires careful quality control and tedious and skilled field work. The technology contained in this patent helps to minimize raw materials, safely speed construction, resist corrosion, increase longevity, and improve quality.
